Simple, effective, and intuitive, the Winner Flow is a medical device made in France for pelvic floor rehabilitation. It is an exsufflation nozzle used during breathing exercises and pelvic floor rehabilitation, allowing regulated breathing to tone and strengthen the pelvic floor and improve abdominal muscles.
Combined with STIMFLOW®, it helps rehabilitate pelvic floor disorders and is also a valuable tool in preparation for childbirth, delivery, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Active Controlled Exhalation Mouthpiece
The Winner Flow is an exhalation mouthpiece used during breathing exercises. It ensures a constant ventilation flow. The position of the diaphragm at the beginning of the respiratory cycle determines the direction of ventilation pressures.
Ideal for preparing for childbirth, the Winner Flow allows for preventative rehabilitation.
Preventative rehabilitation with the Winner Flow:
This is the "physical" management of pregnancy. It is performed during preparation for childbirth, ideally in the 6th month of pregnancy. Breathing exercises performed with the Winner Flow allow you to learn and maintain abdominal muscles and maintain good breathing capacity.
Since muscular competence is linked to expiratory competence (the abdominals are the "engine of breath"), the thorax is more flexible, the diaphragm more mobile, and breathing capacity increases.
Childbirth with Winner Flow:
A simple and effective tool for labor that allows women to control the situation and alleviate pain.
Vaginal delivery:
Winner Flow prepares the abdominal muscles for a high-quality expulsive effort.
It allows for the pushing that promotes the baby's descent and better tolerates labor pains.
It allows for a compromise between blocked pushing (in apnea), which is powerful and long, but closes the perineum, and exhaled pushing, which is more difficult to perform and opens the perineum well, but is often too brief and not powerful enough.
Cesarean delivery:
Patient participation replaces uterine expression during cesarean sections, allowing the mother and child to experience the natural birth experience. They are active participants in their own birth.
The baby's condition is improved.

Combined with STIMFLOW®, the Winner Flow exhalation tip triggers electrical stimulation at the abdominal or perineal electrodes when breathing. This is used in APE rehabilitation for women, men, and children. It is indicated for the treatment of various urinary and fecal incontinence disorders, as well as postpartum rehabilitation, prolapse, diastasis, pudendal pain, etc.
