Securfix is an innovative, ready-to-use sterile set that allows the catheter needle to be secured conveniently and safely.
The Securfix set includes:
- A hypoallergenic non-woven dressing to secure the hypodermic needle,
- A dressing to secure the infusion line to keep the needle firmly in the vein,
- An anti-bedsore pad to be placed under the needle wings to allow prolonged treatment without skin maceration.
The entire set is packaged in a single sterile pouch.

- Free shipping on orders over 140 CHF (including tax)
- 9.00 CHF (including tax) for orders under 140 CHF (including tax)
- 6.00 CHF (including tax) for bulky items
- Ships within 24 to 48 hours (subject to availability; excludes weekends and holidays)
