The Promedics heated tray – 28 liters is specially designed for the controlled heating of thermoplastic materials, particularly thermoformable splints.
Its stainless steel tank and adjustable thermostat allow for uniform and safe temperature rise, ensuring precise, professional-quality thermoforming.
Equipped with an insulated lid with handle, an on/off switch, and an indicator light, it offers simple, reliable, and durable everyday use.
This tray is particularly suitable for orthopedic technicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and specialized workshops.

Instructions for use:
Fill the tank with water to the recommended level.
Turn on the power using the switch.
Set the desired temperature using the thermostat.
Wait until the indicator light shows that the temperature has been reached.
Place the splint or material in the hot water using suitable tools.
Leave to soften for the time specified in the manufacturer's instructions for the material.
Remove, shape, and adjust the splint.
Turn off the basin after use and allow to cool before emptying.
