KINÉSANTÉ Cryo Arnica Massage Gel is used for light massage after impacts and helps limit the appearance of bruises. The gel is suitable for muscle and joint care and for athletes during recovery. It can be applied under an occlusive wrap to enhance the action of the active ingredients, or under a non-occlusive wrap using a light and damp bandage to intensify the cooling effect. The gel penetrates quickly into the skin without leaving a greasy feeling.

Use: In case of shock or contusion, apply the gel immediately with light circular massages and repeat several times. For an even stronger cooling effect, the gel can be stored in the refrigerator. For wrapping, apply a thin layer to the skin. Use non-occlusive wrapping to increase the cooling sensation and occlusive wrapping to promote penetration of the active ingredients. The recommended application time is about 30 minutes before removing the excess and massaging to help the remaining gel penetrate.

Precautions for use: External use only, do not swallow, do not apply to wounds, damaged skin, mucous membranes, the face, or the eyes. Reserved for adult use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or on individuals with allergic tendencies. Contains camphor and clove essential oil. Do not apply beyond the necessary area. Use occlusion sparingly. Perform a test in the bend of the elbow to ensure no reaction appears within 24 hours. In case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist. Wash hands after use. Store away from heat and light.
