Our complete pack for the Guillame method contains everything you need for effective physiological rehabilitation. The MG app guides you through specific breathing exercises, compatible with iOs 12 or later (from iPhone 7) and Android 9.
The Physioflow is a breathing device designed to regulate the flow of breathing and maximize the effectiveness of breathing exercises. The Flowbag, for its part, is a specific chest compression bag which facilitates the lowering of the rib cage to unblock the diaphragm.

The Physioflow: “Physioflow” refers to the respiratory apparatus that has been carefully designed to regulate the flow of breathing and maximize the effectiveness of breathing exercises.

A FREE Pelviflow: the Pelviflow is an inflatable tool allowing you to practice at the start of rehabilitation. As the lifespan is limited, you can sit on the edge of a table or sofa.
A book of the Guillarme Method: This 128-page book explains the Guillarme method in detail, with illustrations and step-by-step explanations for optimal use of the pack.

The following terms apply to deliveries within Switzerland for orders placed before 12:00 PM and in our “Supplies and Accessories” section:
- Free shipping on orders over 140 CHF (including tax)
- 9.00 CHF (including tax) for orders under 140 CHF (including tax)
- 6.00 CHF (including tax) for bulky items
- Ships within 24 to 48 hours (subject to availability; excludes weekends and holidays)
