The BARs are flexible, hard rubber exercise bars, each 31 cm long. MoVeS BARs are ideal for rehabilitation and strengthening of the hands, wrists, forearms, and shoulders. The grooved rubber surface provides optimal grip and makes the BARs ideal for massage, for example, self-massage for plantar fasciitis. The exercise bars are also particularly suitable for rehabilitation of wrist injuries.

- Light - yellow
